Consultation Fees
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended 46 to 60-minute consultation fee is $311.00. However we have intentionally kept our rates below this recommended fee as we are aware of the high cost of living and want to provide quality service that is affordable to our community.

Access to sessions under the Medicare Better Access Initiative requires a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. Up to 10 sessions per calendar year are eligible for a rebate of $141.85 each. For more details, visit the Australian Psychological Society’s Better Access Initiative page. Unfortunately we cannot offer bulk billing.

Standard Fee For Clinical Psychologist Tracey Watters: $260.00 per session.

Couples therapy : $350 (If Mental health Care Plans available, then 2 sessions for each member of the couple can be used to receive the rebate.)

Mental Health Care Rebate: $141.85

Standard Fee For Clinical Psychology Registrar Winona Graham: $220.00

Mental Health Care Rebate: $96.65

Standard Fee for Psychologist Alisha Woods: $220.00

Mental Health Care Rebate: $96.65

Private Referral: No referral is required to engage with our services privately. However, private consultations do not attract a Medicare rebate, and the full standard fee of $260.00 or $220 applies.

If you have Private Health Cover, you may be eligible to claim rebates through your health fund. Please check with your health fund prior to your initial consultation. Note that claims cannot be made for both Private Health and Medicare for the same appointment.

Payment options include Cash or EFTPOS at the time of your session or electronic transfer. You can also store your card details securely with our practice software so payment and medicare rebate are processed automatically on the spot.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No fee will be charged.

However cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of $100. If we can fill your appointment from our waiting list no fee will be charged- hence please provide as much notice as you can.

No show appointments will be charged the full consultation fee.

Future Sessions may be cancelled if payment is not received (payment plans can be negotiated).

Assessment Report Fees
Assessments are billed at the standard consultation hourly rate of $220 and typically range from 8 to 12 hours to complete. The assessment duration is dependent on the type of assessment required.

Supervision Fees
Tracey Watters is a registered Clinical Supervisor with AHPRA and is available for supervision of Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists. Supervision fees are $260 (including GST) per hour.
